The Red Oak Area Chamber of Commerce, comprising of the cities of Red Oak, Glenn Heights, and the surrounding areas, supports local businesses to propel growth within the community. Conveniently nestled in northern Ellis County and southern Dallas County shapes the small-town ambiance, along with the perks of a large city.

Since its inception in 1973, the Chamber has supported local businesses, helping to bridge the community together. Building strong, lifetime relationships is key in the Chamber’s eyes. Thanks to the support of caring volunteers, motivated businesses, non-profit organizations, churches, civic, community, and educational leaders working together on behalf of the Chamber, solid friendships have been established. This goodwill, along with a laidback atmosphere, creates a positive quality of life for residents, as well as a thriving local economy. After all, doesn’t it feel great to walk out of a local storefront and a passer-by smiles and says “hello”!  That’s a sense of community!

Events play a major role in uniting our neighbors and families with local businesses and vice versa. Key major events include the North Ellis County Business EXPO, Red Oak Chamber Classic, Red Oak Founders Day, and the Red Oak Area Chamber Gala.  We also host a monthly networking luncheon, and several educational opportunities, including an educational series called Leadership Ellis County, which runs annually September through June. Offering a vast choice of events provides open doors to participate, be involved, and know you are welcome!

Our Chamber is committed to promoting economic growth, supporting local businesses, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our neighbors. By joining the Chamber, members gain access to valuable networking opportunities, educational resources, and events that can help your business thrive, and connect you with our community. Experience the “Big City Benefits” of being a part of our dynamic Chamber community with the feel of “Small-Town Care”.
